Insights Discovery.

The success of any team is built upon the performance of its people. We help people to perform at their highest level by improving their understanding of themselves. People can then easily adapt and connect with others which helps teams to find their balance and give their best performance, even during the most difficult times.

How it works

Insights Discovery is a simple and accessible four colour model that is used by The Healthy team as a language of colour.

The programme helps us to understand ourselves and others. Our colour energies refer to a set of characteristics that tend to be our most preferred, or our most natural way to be.

Every team member will receive their insights discovery personal profile which helps them appreciate the unique value they bring to their team. Through facilitated discussions, exercises and breakout sessions, the team can learn how their individual and team preferences affect team dynamics and performance.

Insights Discovery provides the team with a framework it needs to identify the most pressing and important issues. We help to diagnose and confront problems, improve relationships and inspire successful outcomes.

The results? Clear and practical action plans from a more cohesive team that accelerate their progress towards their goals.

Insights Discovery could be the first step on a journey that will transform how your people communicate, how your teams perform, and how you help your patients. To find out more about the programme, check out this video:

“I found insights very informative and enlightening on a personal level but also very useful for the purpose of interactions and improving communications between myself and others. I hope it will help me more quickly identify personality traits in GP’s and patients who I must communicate with allowing more effective interactions and in the end better outcomes and resolutions.”

“We come from a factual science analytical background; however, successful communication is essential for us to be effective. Learning how we as individuals think, process and communicate information and how others do the same will help us communicate better with a wide range of different individuals.”

Stuart Lakin, Head of medicines management, Rotherham

“I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for Saturday and the opportunity that the Community Diabetes Team had to participate in Insights. I have had positive feedback from all the team how much they enjoyed the day and how they found it helpful. It was also a positive way to introduce, our new team member, to everybody. Thank you again and we will now begin to put what we learnt about ourselves and how we relate to each other and patients into practice!”
