How it works
Insights Discovery is a simple and accessible four colour model that is used by The Healthy team as a language of colour.
The programme helps us to understand ourselves and others. Our colour energies refer to a set of characteristics that tend to be our most preferred, or our most natural way to be.
Every team member will receive their insights discovery personal profile which helps them appreciate the unique value they bring to their team. Through facilitated discussions, exercises and breakout sessions, the team can learn how their individual and team preferences affect team dynamics and performance.
Insights Discovery provides the team with a framework it needs to identify the most pressing and important issues. We help to diagnose and confront problems, improve relationships and inspire successful outcomes.
The results? Clear and practical action plans from a more cohesive team that accelerate their progress towards their goals.
